Established in 1808, Drappier Champagne has deep roots in the Urville region, with cellars dating back to 1152 from a preserved medieval Abbey. The family-run estate, now managed by Michel Drappier, is committed to organic and natural practices, cultivating heirloom grape varieties – becoming the ONLY house in the region that currently grows all eight approved grape varietals.
From the crisp Brut Nature to the elegant Carte D’or, each Champagne will enhance the flavours of the accompanying dishes, creating a truly memorable dining experience.

Special requests (e.g. dietary requirements) must be made known to the restaurant at least 3 days before the event.

In the event of cancellation without 72 hours prior notice before the day of the event, a deposit is non-refundable.
