SHAKTI: Chakras & Spinal Energetics (Regulars only)

FOR GR regulars only. Limit of 8 people.

A deeply transformative somatic based workshop working on diving into the chakras with yoga movement, non linear movement, breath, mudra, trauma releasing, chanting and more. This practice will be amplified by the healing modality of Spinal Energetics which opens chakras, balances the nervous system and directs life force/shakti to where it is needed.

Only for those with a regular practice at Green Room. Please note this workshop will involve light touch.
