Wildkräutertag
Gut geeignet für Einsteiger! Wir starten unseren grünen Tag mit einem großen Rundgang durch den herrlichen Hainholz, auf Wiesen, Wegen und Waldrändern mit reichem Wildkräuterbewuchs. Ich stelle euch die Wildkräuter in ihrer Vielfalt vor und erkläre ihr heilendes Angebot für uns Menschen. Wir sammeln während unserer Wanderung, um danach gemeinsam ein Wildkräutermittagessen zuzubereiten. Am Nachmittag stellen wir verschiedene Hausmittel her, alles, was uns die Natur entsprechend ihrer Saison beschert.
