About Tower Ale:
First brewed for our 175th Anniversary, this beer is a nod to our past with a modern twist. Brewer Andy Thomas described his excitement for the use of Olicana, a hop variety with beautiful tropical and floral notes, “ We've balanced this with classic UK varieties, Goldings and Fuggles, creating a beer that is steeped in tradition but with a vibrant, new character.”
Here’s what you can expect:
• See: A light amber colour.
• Smell: Floral notes with hints of passion fruit and grapefruit.
• Taste: Sweet toffee notes with a light fruity finish.
