It is time for the August Walk and Talk Witham.
I have officially been running this monthly event for over one year.
I am so excited to recall how nervous I was on the first day, wondering if anyone would turn up!
I still wonder if anyone will come along each month, and thankfully, they have!
Some regular walkers, some new faces... but all welcome, always.
I have loved chatting with everyone, getting to know them and just enjoying the fresh air and the space. Sometimes nature really is the best therapy.
