☀️Looking for something to keep the kids busy this summer as well as manage their anxiety, increase body awareness and enhance concentration and focus?

☀️Parents and carers you can drop the kids off and have a few hours to yourself.

☀️Join me for a yoga and mindful crafts workshop where we will work on breathing exercises, play mindful games, practice traditional yoga postures, end with a relaxation followed by an hour of mindful summer crafts.

☀️ Suitable for Primary 1 to 5 children
☀️ Discount if 2 booked together
