The Rafters are allowing WRYSA tourney teams the opportunity to sell 50/50 raffles at 2 of their games this year AND at our new 14U home tournament @ Witter Field! The 50/50 ticket sales generate a large amount of revenue for WRYSA which helps us with operations and improvements. These are an annual team bonding and WRYSA fundraising event for our Tournament teams, many kids look forward to selling tickets and being a part of the Rafters game and Witter field atmosphere.
WRYSA is asking your tournament team families and players to attend the Witter 14U Tournament, assigned below and help sell 50/50 tickets.
Selling Assignments by TEAM:
· 1:00-3:15PM Saturday May 17th 14U Tourney – 12U red & 12U white (2 teams)
· 3:15-5:30PM Saturday May 17th 14U Tourney – 11U red & 11U white (2 teams)
· 5:15-7:30PM Saturday May 17th 14U Tourney – 8U Derek & 8U David (2 teams)
We understand that May 17th is opening day out at WRYSA. We strategically placed tournament team selling times so league games for those divisions' would be wrapped up or close to wrapped up. The 12U teams with 11am league games should have no problem getting to Witter to sell by 1pm and those who play at 12:30, should try to arrive by 2:30 to help finish up the first shift and start the 2nd 11U shift. 8U should be done at WRYSA by their 5:15 selling start time. Teams can coordinate their own sub-coverage, if you want to have a couple adults cover the 1st hour and a couple others the 2nd hour, that's up to you and your team(s).
WRYSA's 14U RED team plays at Witter @ 2:30PM and 6:30PM on May 17th - we are encouraging ALL WRYSA families to attend and cheer on our team. This is the 1st 14U tournament WRYSA has held at Witter, and if a success, we hope for it to continue. We ask that youth WRYSA players wear their jerseys and cheer for our oldest division - 14U!!

How to determine winnings, when to draw, and where to return the WRYSA 50/50 bin are on the instructions included in the 50/50 BIN.
We need a couple adults for each team assigned, along with players able to walk through the complex and sell tickets.
COACHES - please let Jamie Brown know who will be in attendance for your TEAM so she can coordinate supplies and start-up money with a sponsor.
