Endive boat stuffed with poached pears, pickled beets,
spiced pecans, and goat cheese.

Prisoner Chardonnay
Mini grilled cheese with cheddar cheese, apple, a honey
drizzle.

Prisoner Pinot Noir
Lion’s mane mushroom “crab cake” finished with remoulade.

Prisoner Red Blend
Hanger steak with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal
vegetables. Finished with a blueberry beurre rouge.

Prisoner Cabernet
Chocolate cheesecake with a blackberry coulis and whipped
cream.
