Doug Reifsteck grew up making music in and around Wisconsin Dells, where his love for performing first took root. Now based in Oakland, California, he returns to the Dells as often as he can – bringing a signature blend of warmth, soul, and familiar tunes that invite audiences to unwind and connect.

Rascal Theory is a nationally recognized touring band that has won many awards and accolades for the original music written and performed by Roscoe Foster, including a Grammy Nomination. Roscoe Foster and Rascal Theory will not only entertain every age but will have you dancing along to Blues, Soul, and Funk music.
