Walk for Life

Join us at beautiful Lake Wazeecha in Wisconsin Rapids for First Choice PRC's annual Walk for Life. The 6k run/walk will begin and finish at the South Wood County Shelter House near Red Sands Beach. At the event there will be music, concessions, awards, 50/50 raffles, and many raffle baskets! All donations and pledges from friends and family, as well as concessions and money collected from the raffles will help First Choice PRC reach it's $34,000 fundraising goal!

Late registration/check in will begin at 9 am. The run/walk will kick off at 10 am. Participants who donate or raise a minimum of $50 by April 19th will get a Walk for Life t-shirt at the event!

First Choice Pregnancy Resource Center is a non-profit pregnancy help organization serving Central Wisconsin with offices in Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids. The free and confidential services provided by First Choice PRC include: pregnancy testing, ultrasound, options education, HOPE (Hands on Parenting Education) and material supplies, post-abortive and miscarriage support, and sexual health/risk avoidance education and presentations.
