Mindful Hour - Yoga nidra and Sound bath

Come join us for an hour of relaxation
Starting with a short breathing exercise to calm body and mind
Then being guided through Yoga nidra meditation leaving you feeling a deep state of relaxation
Closing with the sounds of the ocean drum, kanari shaker, koshi chimes and moon and crystal bowls
You can do this seated or laying down
Mats available if needed

Sound baths are not be suitable for the following conditions: first trimester of pregnancy, pacemaker, epilepsy, schizophrenia, psychosis or any other serious mental health condition, any serious heart condition.
It also may not be suitable for anyone suffering ear conditions like tinnitus, it sometimes can make it worse but not always, seeking advice from your GP is advised for this.
