Meditation Circle (for all levels)

White Feather Wellness, Pondworld Retail Park, Lynn Road, Wisbech, PE14 7DA. Come in and head to the right, I am in the second studio on the left. Please all park together on the block paving.

This is for people who are new to meditation or would like to meditate as part of a group.

Meditation helps with stress and anxiety. It calms the mind and helps us to relax and unwind.

We meet on Mondays at 7pm and Fridays at 11am for approximately an hour. We try different kinds of meditation and breath work. I will take you through a focus meditation and then a guided meditation. We also chat about spiritual topics, life and Universe.

You can sit or lay down. Please bring either a beanbag or yoga mat if you want to lay down, I have chairs available.
£7 per person.
