Meditation Circle (for all abilities)

White Feather Wellness, Pondworld Retail Park, Lynn Road, Wisbech, PE14 7DA. Come in and to the right, my studio is second on the left. Please all park together on the block paving.

This is for people who are new to meditation or would like to meditate as part of a group.

Meditation helps with stress and anxiety. It calms the mind and helps us to relax and unwind.

We meet on Wednesdays at 6.30pm and Fridays at 11am for approximately an hour. We try different kinds of meditation and breath work. I will take you through a focus meditation and then a guided meditation. We also chat about spiritual topics, life and Universe.

We sit on chairs rather than lay on the floor.

£7 per person.
