Deze ongebruikelijke combinaties zorgen voor verassend muzikaal spektakel. Het Torenfestival speelt zich af rondom, in én op de toren van de Jacobskerk op het marktplein in Winterswijk. De toren wordt bovendien spectaculair verlicht tijdens de show!
