Sourdough Workshop on December 6th

This will be a hands on class where you will learn to make a classic round loaf of sourdough from start to finish! You will go home with a healthy, organic starter and an organic loaf of dough to bake.

The class will be held at the Winterset Public Library in the meeting room. (This event is not sponsored by the library)

This class will be capped at 14 people.

You will only need to bring a large mixing bowl and clean kitchen towel to class. Please be sure you have a Dutch oven at home to bake your bread afterwards, but you do not need to bring it to class. I also highly encourage that you have a digital kitchen scale at home for successful baking in the future. The rest of the supplies will be provided.
