FREE Community Warm Yoga Class

Join us for a FREE Warm Yoga class on Saturday, August 6th! It's a great opportunity to experience the incredible benefits of a heated practice and check out our fun and modern studio!

New to yoga? This is a beginner-friendly class, but it does require a tolerance to moderate heat. The studio is heated to 90 degrees, so you will definitely sweat!

This warm class features a Slow Flow sequence where you will have 2-3 breaths to find each posture. It is a creative flow that focuses on breath, mindfulness, opening & mobility, as well as some stability & balance.

Advanced registration is highly recommended to ensure availability as space is limited!
