Join us for some movement, fresh air, and community!

📅 When:

Tuesdays at 7:00 PM

Saturdays at 7:30 AM (we grab coffee and hang out afterward!)

📍 Where:
We meet at the fountain across from Lululemon in Central Park — the one with the girl playing the harp.

🏃 Walk, run, jog, or just come for the coffee. All paces are welcome, and the vibe is casual and friendly.

🐾 Bring a friend — human or animal!
