“Trigger Warning- The Shadow Work Series” with Trish.

Ever wonder why you are uncomfortable around certain types of individuals, why you still carry that anger, guilt, sadness, and hurt, or why your emotions are sometimes uncontrollable? How does a person heal their “triggers”? In this eye opening 4 class series, Trish will guide us into a personal journey of our past, connecting with our inner self, our Shadow self, the dark places we don’t or can’t usually talk about, to find the root of our triggers, unwrap and expose those difficult memories, and start the journey of healing. (Please note: you will not be required to talk about anything you don’t want to talk about. Just be open to learning and healing)
Trish is an Intuitive Empath with a caring heart and the ability to guide you to the healing you need and deserve! Helpful handouts for your Shadow Works journey and homework will be distributed at each class. $25 per class 6-8pm
