Strength Training with Purpose | Autism Mama Inc. x The Balance Culture

We’re teaming up again with The Balance Culture for a community strength training class that gives back.

This 45-minute, strength-based class includes two rounds, upper and lower body, with four timed circuits in each. You’ll use dumbbells and kettlebells to challenge your strength, all while focusing on proper form. Modifications are offered for every level. Tennis shoes required.
