“Herbal Crafting: Unlocking Nature’s Healing Secrets” with Melissa

This month’s class focuses on herbs that help with stress relief and promote better sleep. You’ll learn how to craft your own herbal remedies using natural plants that support relaxation and overall well-being. We will cover various preparation methods such as teas, infusions, etc. and explore the basics of herbalism—identifying common herbs, understanding their healing properties, and creating blends tailored to your needs. Whether you’re new to herbal medicine or have some experience, this class will help you create natural remedies for stress and sleep.
By the end of the session, you’ll take home your very own herbal creation! 6:30 to 8:30
