“Healing Our Connection with Nature: An Ecotherapeutic Journey” with Gina from The Center for Expand

In our culture and the modern world there is a profound disconnection from nature; in this class we will begin to heal that wound. We’ll meet each month to get better acquainted with nature, deepen our understanding of the interconnectedness of all life, and awaken to our sacred bond with Earth. Through experiential activities, crafts, projects, journaling, discussion and more (depending on the class topic and weather/time of year), we’ll discover firsthand how interaction with nature can enhance our well-being, improving our health and quality of life. Come join us and get to know nature, and yourself, a little bit better. Free Class 6:30-8:30
