About the event

“Gentle Yoga” with Sapphire.

A beginner friendly yoga flow focused on creating connection within the mind, body, and soul. This class will include healing breathwork, slow movement, and a guided meditation to help you enter a calming state of rest and relaxation. Feel free to bring a mat, water, and anything else to make sure you’re comfortable. Free Class 6pm-7:30.
