Candlelight Restorative Yoga with Sound Bowls

These special bowls have been used for many years to bring a healing balance to mind, body, and spirit. The bowls' resonant frequencies will help calm and soothe you into a state of relaxation and gentle healing. Walk in, release your troubles, deeply relax, and then float home!
