TRŪ Speed Intervals @ Winter Garden
Don't worry if you're new to running, just coming back or a seasoned marathoner. TRŪ welcomes all speeds and Coach Fitz tailors the workout to your ability.
The warmup jog will begin at the parking garage in Downtown Winter Garden. Please arrive at 6:45 AM and begin hydrating + stretching to start the run at 7:00 after a group photo. The workout will run until about 8:15. Please bring a bottle of water/electrolytes to carry with you to our favorite starting point.
Please feel free to invite your friends! Hard work is always more fun with friends! This is TRŪ.
