AdventHealth Well 65+ is happy to welcome the Senior Resource Alliance in partnership with the Department of Elder Affairs for LIVING HEALTHY: Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop

During this six-week FREE workshop you'll learn to:

✓ Make a step-by-step plan to improve your health and well being
