The Kidney For Ed Jokes and Jams Fest will be held on Saturday October 5th, from 12PM (Noon) Until 11PM. Come rain or shine, as the venue offers a covered pavilion!

🗺WHERE? TANNERS LAKESIDE!

The Jokes and Jams Fest will be held at Tanner's Lakeside, located at: 1006 Lake Howard Dr SW, in Winter Haven, Florida. Nestled by the lake, this venue offers breathtaking views from various vantage points, with an outdoor bar adjacent to the stage! $10 Entry Ticket Includes one free raffle ticket to enter to win a "Chest of Cheer" donated by Tanners. Seating may be limited, and is 1st come 1st serve, so please feel free to BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair) to ensure you'll have a comfy seat!

💁🏻‍♀️WHAT? BANDS, COMEDIANS, AND SO MUCH MORE!!!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Jokes And Jams Fest will be FAMILY FRIENDLY by day (until 6pm) with a children's wet/dry inflatable playground sponsored by Soaring Eagle Event Rentals, and Race Paws mobile dog gym (we kindly ask that all dogs are on their best behavior), and there will be multiple bands performing throughout the day.

There will also be a Battle of the Bands Dunk Tank contest, a photo booth, a cartoon artist, various raffles, a live auction, bake sale items, t-shirt sales, and MORE! Comedian MC Rudy Wilson, known for his awesome crowd work, will MC all day- we're very grateful for his generosity!

👩‍❤️‍👨Jokes And Jams Fest will be DATE NIGHT MATERIAL at night (starting at 7pm) with the comedy show kicking off at 7pm!(Line up ⬇️) Headline Comedian Johnny B off 102.5 The Bone starts at 8pm and headline rock band "Running Reckless" performing from 9pm-10:30pm.

-Rockin Bouncies Dunk Tank and Kidney for Ed presents: Battle of the Bands Dunk Tank Contest- 12pm-6pm! Come Support your favorite Band because you can help them land a feature spot on a community follow up piece with ABC Action News! The band who can raise the most funds and bring in the most attendees WINS!

🤔WHAT IS THIS FOR??

All proceeds support the Kidney for Ed fund to help 43-year-old Polk County Resident Ed Strickler pay for his pre & post transplant-related expenses. Ed has a genetically inherited Kidney Disease (PKD) and is in need of finding a living kidney donor, and must have the necessary funding in place prior to scheduling his transplant surgery.
