Free Practical Self Defense Class

Crossroads Swords has decided to put down the weapons for a couple hours, and instead teach a Practical Self Defense Class! Using both simple techniques and mental skills, this 2 hour course will focus on real world applications effective against all body types, while also addressing some self defense myths that may put people in more harm than intended.

This class will be taught by instructor Alec Martinez on Saturday,May 3rd, from 2pm-4pm. Attendance is FREE and open to anyone 16 years old and older. Anyone attending try to wear comfy/athletic clothes you can move around in.
