On Monday, February 2nd, from 6-9 pm, the AML Pro Wrestling Training Center is having our first monthly Professional Development Class, held on the first Monday of every month, focused on the out-of-the-ring skills that help wrestlers last longer, get booked more often, and earn respect in the locker room.
This class is open to everyone. (not just our students)
Whether you train with us, another school, or are already active in the professional wrestling industry, you are welcome to attend.

This first class will be a wide-ranging overview, touching on multiple key topics that every professional wrestler should understand, including:
• Locker room etiquette & expectations
• Professionalism before, during, and after shows
• Social media basics for wrestlers
• Negotiating rates and valuing your work
• Communication with promoters and peers
• Common mistakes that cost wrestlers opportunities
This is not a deep dive into one topic. Instead, we’ll introduce several important areas that will each be expanded on in future monthly classes.
Whether you’re brand new to the business or have years of experience, this class is designed to help you:
