Through guided discussions, activities, and skit-based reflection, you’ll gain insights into how your upbringing, habits, and emotional needs shape how you show up in relationships—romantic, familial, or platonic.

Two original skits will be performed live to illustrate real-life scenarios based on different attachment styles and communication through love languages.
