Embodied Flow
A vinyasa-based practice rooted in yoga philosophy, breath, and embodied awareness. Each class is guided by an intention - a reflection or lesson you’ll explore through your body, mind, and soul. The flow is designed to help you feel the lesson, using asana, breath-work, and somatic practices to guide you back to yourself.
We explore the dance between effort and ease, strength and surrender, stillness and flow. We let the fire, the breath, the movement be our teacher. Through conscious sequencing and intentional assists, you’re invited to find and meet your edge. To notice what rises. To feel where the ego clings. To become aware when the body opens, and when it contracts.
This practice is both a challenge and a return. A place to expand... in the postures, and in who you are becoming. A space to remember your depth. To remember you.

Rachel is a yoga teacher and embodiment guide with over 15 years of experience, devoted to creating spaces where you can reconnect with your body, rediscover your power, and release what no longer serves your highest good.
Her teaching weaves traditional asana, breath-work, and somatic practices to move you beyond intellectual understanding into a deep, felt experience. She invites you to become aware of sensations, emotions, and energy as they arise during practice, offering simple yet potent cues and assists that guide you deeper into your practice, rhythm, intuition, and inner wisdom.
