This experience is brought to you in partnership with Pure Sweat Sauna Studio, a community-focused wellness center offering state-of-the-art infrared sauna and contrast therapy just steps away in Industry Hill.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation focused on releasing fear and expanding your edges. Next, step into a cold plunge in our private courtyard—an invigorating practice to awaken the body and reset the nervous system. After, we’ll gather for complimentary hot tea and community connection, integrating what we’ve learned in a space of shared reflection and support.
