Foraging Walk and Talk w/Tim Hammer

Every 3rd Sunday @ 11am (Exception: The 3rd Sunday of April is Easter, so we're foraging on Saturday, April 19.)

Tim will lead participants on the third Sunday foraging hikes and cooking workshops around the Ozark Folkways property. As the seasons change so will the available plants and how they are prepared. These zero-waste events will cover plant ID, Harvest and Reseeding, and Food Preparation.The March class will address the biggest questions Ozarkans have about the environment, how we fit into it, and how it can be sustainable food. Come to this class to taste some great native plants, learn ways to save your favorite pieces of nature, and meet people who want to help with conservation.
