Solara

Solara is a space for 12 - 16 year olds to slow down, calm the mind, and feel connected through sound healing, somatic movement, breathwork and meditation.

Using soothing sounds, Solara sessions help ease anxiety, restore balance, and help in feeling calm and connected. Somatic movement helps to tune into the body from the inside out, releasing tension, regulating the nervous system, and building deeper body–mind awareness through natural rhythm rather than exercise.

Solara offers a supportive, welcoming environment to explore techniques that help you feel grounded, centred, supported with the aim of creating a calmer everyday.
