Parent & Me Yoga Class

Get moving together by joining Nichol Araya Espinoza for Parent and Me yoga class, intended for children ages 2 & older and an adult. Each 30-minute class will give you and your littles an opportunity to move, laugh, learn, relax, and have fun. We will experience all the elements of yoga in a kid-friendly way. Family bonding, connecting to breath, emotional intelligence, body awareness, and social skills will also be weaved throughout class. No experience necessary.

Please bring yoga mats (or beach towels) and water bottles.

September 10 at 10 AM: Windom Park (If bad weather, will be at the library.)
October 8 at 10 AM: Windom Park (If bad weather, will be at the library.)
November 12 at 10 AM: Winona Public Library
December 10 at 10 AM: Winona Public Library
