Essentials Clinic @ Rattlesnake Bike Park, 7/25 AM

Friday July 25, 9am - Noon Join PMBIA-Certified Instructor Shawn Gentry for a 3-hour Essential Skills Clinic at Rattelsnake Bike Park. In this 3-hour beginner-friendly skills clinic, we will cover the essential skills and techniques needed to safely and confidently ride the bike park in a smooth and consistent manner (Cornering Included!). PLEASE make sure to bring your bike in good working order, as well as your: Helmet, Gloves, Eye Protection (Sunglasses are fine), and WATER (hydration pack or bike-specific water bottles with cages mounted to your bike).

During this clinic we will cover:

Body Position & Balance
Bike/Body separation
Dynamic Braking
Wheel Lifts & Bunny Hops
Pumping & Flow
Cornering!!!
