FUNDRAISER TO SUPPORT LOCAL TEAM CANADA MEMBERS - Friday, October 3 at Rumor’s Comedy Club.
Did you know that 5 of your fellow bowlers will be representing Canada at World Championships this year?
Lynne Gauthier, Earl Sobotkiewicz and Rodell Bautista qualified for Senior Team Canada in June and will be headed to Reno in October to compete in the World Senior Championships.
Mitch Hupé and Marissa Naylor McCall are on Adult Team Canada and will be representing Canada at the World Championships in Hong Kong in November.
Unfortunately funding is very limited and the bowlers are responsible for the majority of their costs and they need your help.
To help offset these costs they are having a fundraising evening of comedy at Rumor’s Comedy Club on Friday, October 3 for the 7:15 show (doors open at 6:00). Tickets are $20 with all of the proceeds supporting the 5 bowlers.
There will be a 50/50 draw and a raffle for $500 of restaurant gift cards, a Kate Spade hand bag and a Storm bowling ball.
If you are unable to attend but would still like to support, $10 supporter tickets are available and will be entered in a separate draw for a minimum $100 gift card.
