Get ready to rumble with your sweetheart, at our Sweetheart smackdown: Love really is a battlefield. Unleash your inner fighter this Valentines day!
Don’t worry, no one will get hurt, It will be perfectly safe and a heaps of fun!
Join us on February 7th for our “Sweetheart Smackdown!” from 3-6pm.
Our coaches will teach you and your partner some takedowns, submission holds, self defence, basic striking and the ultimate couples therapy… foam sword battles!
To make it even easier on the whole family, you don’t even need to find a babysitter! While the adults are in one gym, we will have our expert coaches running free interactive games and activities in the other gym (for children of attendees only). Making this event fun for the whole family
Cost is $50 per couple and space is limited!
