Refund Policy

• This is a wristband-only event. Tampered or altered wrist bands are not acceptable.
• Backpacks, handbags, and other baggage are not permitted inside the venue. Please note: There is no storage facility available on-site.
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, even in the event of rescheduling.
• Any unlawful resale or attempted resale of a ticket will lead to its cancellation without refund or any form of compensation.
• Organizers may carry out security checks at the entry point. Anyone found violating event rules may be denied entry or asked to leave, even with holding a valid ticket. No refunds will be given in such cases.
• The organizers, their staff, or agents will not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, loss, or expenses that occur during or as a result of the event.
• Parking in the parking lot ( basement ) or on nearby streets is at the vehicle owner's risk. Organizers are not responsible for any tickets the vehicle owner receives, damage, or theft of vehicles parked in or around the venue.
• The sale or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited at the venue.
• The right of admission is reserved, even for valid ticket holders.
• Individuals suspected of carrying items that could be used offensively or dangerously, or engaging in illegal activities, may be searched.
• All disputes must be resolved under the jurisdiction of Winnipeg only.
• The holder of this ticket grants the organizer the right to use, in perpetuity, any recordings made of their appearance, in whole or in part, across any channel or media globally, for purposes of broadcast, advertising, publicity, and promotion.
• The organizers reserve the right, without refund or recourse, to refuse admission to anyone in breach of the terms and conditions, including the right to eject ticket holders from the venue after entry if necessary.
• Convenience fees, payment processing fees, and taxes may apply. Please review your total amount before completing the payment.
• Please note, the following items are strictly prohibited at the venue during the event: professional cameras, Go-Pro cameras, backpacks, liquor, bottled water, outside food, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, pets, sharp objects, lighters, drones, weapons, inflammable substances, illegal substances, and carrying perfume or deodorants (wearing them is allowed). Food can be purchased inside, and drinking water will be available for free. Bottled water can also be bought inside if preferred.
• We recommend arriving at the venue when the gates open at 6:00 PM, or at least 30 minutes before the event starts at 7:00 PM, to ensure a smooth entry.
