This is a 3 day event!

We start off with August 27th Neighbourhood Hot dog day
August 28th - Mini Car show, BBQ & more!
August 28th - Sock Hop of 50s &70s! Music by Rick Roschuk & Trish Bennett

Come meet the Fitness Instructors on all 3 days in the gymnasium while they DEMO their classes and allow you to find a class that suits your needs and abilities.
