Mindful Movements with JCFS

Join JCFS for a series of Mindful Movement activities throughout the summer! It's a great way to be active and learn new mindfulness skills - and is absolutely FREE! Open to all; however, registration is encouraged.

Runs on July 9th and 23rd. August 6th and 20th. Meet at the Lyric Theatre (Assiniboine Park) at 6:00 p.m..
