Fall is creeping up on us and I'm very stoked to jump back into the breathing-verse regularly after my first year of mothering my little one.
In these 1 hour sessions, we will explore different areas of the body and mind through the breath, using both functional and deep-release breathing techniques.
There are 2 weekly sessions to choose from (or come to both!!), Friday evening at 7-8pm and Sunday morning at 9-10 am. We will have 1 monthly special of live music where DJ Mudlilly (Keeya!!) will provide for us, and I will serve tea/snacks for this session.
