2nd Sight:an evening of freeform with Drums and Wires + Policy @space)doxa

The 3r annual 2nd Sight:and evening of freeform is an attempt to showcase non-solo freeform music acts in Wpg. Freeform as i describe it means nothing planned/conceived or composed. Play for the allotted time, and whatever comes out is a one-of-a-kind piece of music. We are honoured this year to have Drums and Wires along with Policy. Admission is payWHATuWANT. Doors open at 8:15pm.

Drums and Wires
-Drums and Wires were a band between 2008 and 2009, releasing one album during their existence and one posthumously in 2013. AKA the rhythm section of The Hummers, Jason, Joel and Matt. The sounds were beats upon grooves upon
loops upon effects. Lyrics were strange and raw. (Curators note - D+W will be doing a completely freeform set!)

Policy
-Policy for this event is Greg Hanec (Suture/DJ Salinger) on percussion, Jeff Peeling (The Inflatable Band), and Anthony Valade (Adiethylamide/lighting-tech designer space)doxa series) playing a full set of total freeform. Other instruments include guitar/sampler/stylophone/theremin/keyboards/support beam and more. This is Policy's third live performance and the first with this lineup.
