Buddhi Institute body and soul retreats provide you a leisurely getaway weekend to swim, kayak, hike, or float around in the lake gazing into the sky above.

Our meditation retreats for women include: an outdoor sound bath experience, outdoor meditation experiences learning how to "play" with the senses while mastering your inner life force of Breath.
