Picture yourself leaving a beautiful retreat centre feeling relaxed, happy, comforted, questioning in a good way, and ready to start whatever comes next.
We will be providing an amazing experience, first of it's kind, incorporating breathwork, cold water immersion, saunas, processing our emotions, and receiving the wonderful gift of reiki.
Lunch will provided within the workshop price.
