A Group Chakra Alignment Journey with Cacao, Elemental Rhythm Breathwork & Sound Bath
Join us for a sacred evening dedicated to reconnecting with your inner rhythm through chakra alignment, supported by ceremonial cacao, Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, and a Sound Bath. This ceremony is lovingly guided by Elif Leung of Elified Inc. and Lisa Morin of Lisa Morin Breathe, coming together to create a deeply intentional and heart‑centered experience.
We begin by opening sacred space with ceremonial cacao, inviting softness into the heart and preparing the energetic body for alignment. From there we move into Elemental Rhythm Flow style Breathwork using immersive sound through headphones to awaken your inner flow, clear stagnation, and open the pathways that support chakra balance.
With the heart open and the breath activated, we transition into a guided chakra‑alignment sound bath, where intentional frequencies and meditation gently tune each chakra back into harmony. We close with an immersive sound bath to anchor these shifts and support deep integration.
This will be a powerful evening to reconnect, realign, and remember the natural rhythm your spirit has always known.

315 Pelissier St., above the Capital Theatre in downtown Windsor. The studio is accessed by three short flights of stairs. (Please be prepared to pay for street parking. The cost is $2 dollars / 50 mins & a fee is charged until 7pm.)
