Letting Go: A 4-Week Art Therapy Series with local Artist Christine Paris.

This opening session invites participants into a gentle practice of release through intuitive art-making. Guided by sound and simple prompts, you’ll explore movement, line, and color as a way to soften inner tension and open space for new possibilities.
Rather than focusing on a finished product, this experience centers on process — allowing the body and imagination to lead. The artwork created in this session is intentionally released, honoring the natural rhythm of letting go that makes room for re-imagining what comes next.
No art experience is necessary. This class is about presence, curiosity, and trusting the unfolding.
