On May 15, 2025 at 6pm Windsor Farmers Market is holding an open meeting for anyone who is interested in learning more about our market or about becoming a vendor.
Our manager, Sue Symonette, will be discussing what our market is about, some of our programs for the season and going over market guidelines. She will be answering questions about getting started with the market and help get you up to speed on the basics of becoming a vendor.
The Windsor Farmers Market provides an excellent venue for anyone interested in starting a small business and it allows you to get your start in an affordable way. We are partnered with Markets of Broome and Cornell Cooperative Extension in Broome County, who help provide resources to expand event programming that is designed to support not just the vendors, but the community as a whole.
This season opens with an extended day craft fair event on May 31. We are open every Saturday between May 31 and October 31 and offer flexible options for participating. We are planing several kid-focused events to help the young people of our community learn about gardening and farming, as well as a food drive event to raise awareness about food insecurity in our area, and in September we will be holding our annual Artisan Fair.
There's a lot to look forward to at the Windsor Market, so anyone who is interested, please visit us Thursday, May 15 at 6pm at the Windsor Community House to learn more. If you can't make the meeting, reach out to Sue directly via call/text at 607-427-4769 or via email at
