Mindful Crochet - First Stitches

This welcoming workshop offers a gentle and thoughtful introduction to crochet. Together we’ll begin with the very first steps, how to hold your yarn and hook with ease, make a simple chain, and progress into double and treble crochet stitches.

You’ll discover how the slow, repetitive motion of stitching can bring a sense of calm, focus, and joy, while creating your very first crochet sample.

Whether you’ve never picked up a hook before or want to reconnect with a creative hobby, this session is designed to support and inspire you. All materials are provided, and no experience is needed, just bring your curiosity and an open mind.

You’ll leave with a new skill, a piece of your own work, and the confidence to keep stitching one loop at a time.
