Mindful Crochet - Meditation Squares

In this session, we’ll build on the basics by exploring how to work in rows and turning chains, creating simple squares or swatches. This is where crochet becomes truly meditative, repeating stitches, finding your rhythm, and noticing the calm that comes from slow, steady making.

You’ll learn how to count stitches, keep your edges neat, and grow your confidence as your square takes shape.

This session is designed to encourage flow and focus, helping you discover the mindful rhythm of “stitch, breathe, repeat.” You’ll leave with your own practice square, a better understanding of stitch structure, and a deeper connection to mindful making.
