FULL MOON HIKE UP MOUNT ASCUTNEY ROAD

We’ll meet at the base of the Mount Ascutney Road on Back Mountain Road. Bring either micro-spikes or snowshoes (with spikes) depending on snow amount, poles, and a head lamp. Dress in layers. Bring water, snacks, etc. This will be a strenuous and steep 4 mile round-trip hike to the first lookout on the unplowed road.

At the lookout, we’ll have beautiful views and conversation before starting our descent.
